3. Heavy And Light Weight Leg Workout
This leg workout consists of using both heavy weight and light weight. The first three exercises you will do are barbell squats, machine hack squats and leg presses. You will do do three sets of each exercise. The next three exercises you do will be leg extensions, leg curls and lunges. You will do light weight on all three of those exercises and you will perform three sets per exercise. When you train with light weight, you will do 12-15 reps per exercise.
