Next, carefully load a brand-new syringe by pulling back on the plunger as much as you can, inserting the syringe into the vial, and injecting the vial with air from the syringe. This creates negative pressure which will make it easier for you to fill your syringe. Next, place the tip of the needle in the solution and slowly pull back on the plunger, filling the syringe with about to more than you will need for your dose. Finally, hold the syringe upright with the needle facing the sky, and push up on the plunger gently to remove all the air. Stop when one or two drops of your solution escapes the needle.
